The steve knots style is positive and optimistic, combining elements of house music, ska, tekno, folk songs and dub.  His original sound is charged with a special vibe where earworm melodies zipper into gripping basslines, hand-made percussion objects click and clack like a typewriter falling down wooden stairs, and real emotional depth balances a sense of humor to generate, we hope, a global feel to welcome all people in the sound.
